THE CPCO REDUCED RATE APPLICATION: REQUIREMENTS & BENEFITS

Requirements

— You must be an NGO leader volunteer, other designated open volunteer group member, a college or university student (you’ll need to provide us with a copy of your Student ID), or an individual or group with an accessibility factor to consider (see here for more or reach out to Support for more), or an individual able to provide your last 4 bank statement balances showing limited funds amounting to less than $35,000 USD each month and insight into why you need a reduced rate. This is all kept completely confidential and only used for formal verification purposes — they are unable to be accessed by anyone else and will not negatively affect your chances or overall potential.

— You must have professional conduct and maintain professionalism within your organization or brand, and communication with CPCo

— You must be able and prepared to sign a service contract — contract breaking fees depend on the individual, total agreed upon amount, and the agreed upon contract terms

— Reduced rates do not apply to expedited or emergency options

In order to apply you must submit the following:

— Reduced Rate Application Form (PDF) - download it here.

— A summary of your current budget vs. your ideal budget (.doc, .pdf, or .pptx)

— A business plan (.doc or .pdf)

— A custom proposal for you & The Creative Press Company with your needs and priorities highlighted and why you want to work with The Creative Press Company (Please note: this does not need to be more than a page or two, but you are more than welcome to provide a larger document). In this custom proposal, you’ll answer the following three questions: 1) How does professionalism play a role in your life now? 2) How do you see this progressing after these services? 3) What is your goal/ideal professional image?

— A letter of recommendation, two are encouraged (and ideal) — but if you only have one, don’t worry! (.doc, .pdf)

— Official/Formal Proof of Your Identity — we’ll use Plaid to verify everything, wait for our instructions.

— Other Legal Recognition of Your Business, Brand, Student Status or NGO (scanned copy of NGO status approval, school ID card, etc.)

— Any other optional supporting documents we mention directly here — i.e. your 4 last bank statements if you’re applying out of financial need only.

Benefits

— A reduced rate of 35- 50% will be approved. Any other running promotions or discounts are then applied

— We will review your business plan once more once all work is done to provide any last suggestions

— Deposit minimum is $400 USD (read more about the process here), regardless of the discount amount you are rewarded

Deadlines:

Round I applications are open from March 1 to June 30.

Round II applications are open from September 1 to January 1.

Applications are always closed from January 2 to February 28/29 and July 1 to August 31 - no exceptions. If you send an application before either of the designated rounds, we will send you a reminder e-mail within 14 business days and your application will not be reviewed until the next application round.
