THE PROCESS
Hereβs what to expect from booking until project delivery.
1. Make your service selection(s) after browsing the client guide.
2. Complete the booking form and include any and all questions you may have.
3. After verifying everything, wait to receive an e-mail from me directly (please report any false accounts here).
4. The e-mail will include the link to the service contract to be signed and returned to me via Moxie or HoneyBook. Note: DocuSign or WeTransfer are back-up platforms for this step. This e-mail will also include custom payment option links for one of the following options:
-the required non-refundable 50% deposit minimum of the full service total quote due
-a non-refundable flat fee that must be paid in its entirety upfront
-a non-refundable payment for the first and last months for monthly services
All will be specified and outlined accordingly in each contract.
5. Pay this minimum (or more) via whichever works best among the following: Moxie, HoneyBook, Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Square, Venmo, or CashApp to complete the booking process and begin. All custom links are made available in your contract.
6. With both signed contract and correct payment received, booking is now considered complete.
7. Unless there is a delivery window under 3 weeks, it may take up to a week or week and half after the agreed upon start date for your project to be completely underway for proper prepping and scheduling purposes, but no more than two - all options with immediate timeframes are already noted as such in the client guide (see the FAQ page for more). This potential maximum does not alter the delivery windows mentioned and agreed upon in the contract nor deliverable quality or attention to your project and project needs. We have a highly detailed and custom system for every single service available with plenty of room for your personal work and business style. Refer to your contract for agreed upon check-in dates and/or calls.
8. The remaining payment schedule (if applicable) can be found in your contract and you will receive reminders on each due date unless it is paid ahead of time.
9. Check our e-mails or any selected client portal to track your project progress.
10. All final digital deliverables will be sent through HoneyBook or WeTransfer only and you will receive an official delivery e-mail and confirmation text and/or call from me directly. Inquire about optional printing service options and the accompanying service charges unless they are already included in your service contract. See more about shipping here.
