SIMPLE DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

For All Shop Items:

1. After payment is complete, find and follow the download link(s) on the confirmation page and/or delivery e-mail.

2. Just click ‘Download’ and handle the files as need be from there.

3. The download file will always include the following per shop item unless otherwise stated: the PDF Version Deliverable (.pdf), the Simple Text Version Deliverable (.doc), the Spreadsheet Version (.xlsx), the Business Plan Tool Deliverable (.doc) and PDF document with any remaining necessary information (.pdf).

For Shop Pre-Orders

1. Digital products will be sent electronically on the day and time designated in the product and pre-order announcement description via e-mail. Contact Support if you have any issues.

2. The link(s) will take you to the secure file transfer site.

3. Just click ‘Download’ and handle the files as need be from there.

4. The download file will always include the following per shop item unless otherwise stated: the Brand Version Deliverable (.pdf or .doc) the Spreadsheet Version (.xlsx), the Business Plan Tool Deliverable (.doc) and a PDF document with any remaining necessary information (.pdf).

For Class & Workshop Material

1. Class and workshop material is sent electronically on the first day of classes via e-mail for those who have successfully completed registration and payment. See here for more.

2. The link(s) will take you to the secure file transfer site.

3. Just click ‘Download’ and handle the files as need be from there.

4. All files will be in PDF and document/Pages/Word format and spreadsheet formats with exclusive links and further instructions.
